Doom? Nah bro this is Shroom.

I made this illustration because i loved the Super Mario Movie. I always imagine this scenarios where Mario is a badass and i thought something like the Doom covers on lava worlds might look great, so i did it. I also wanted to fiddle with some brushes i had, wanted to learn more about painting with texture.
